MAINLAND UK & IRELAND DELIVERIES
(excluding VAT)
The minimum delivered order to a UK mainland location is £100 nett which will attract a handling and carriage charge of £15.00 nett.
The minimum order for free delivery is £250 nett with the following discounts for larger orders:
£500 – 5% Discount
£1000 – 10% Discount
£1500 – 15% Discount
£2000 – 20% Discount
If you are considering placing an order considerably higher in value than £2000 then please call to discuss any further discounts that may be available to you.
We can offer a next working day delivery service to most UK mainland destinations (geographically dependant). Please contact us for information.
For deliveries to Ireland the minimum order level is £250, but all other terms are as per UK mainland. Delivery timescale to Ireland is usually 3-4 days.
EUROPEAN DELIVERIES
We are able to send to any European destination. We will need your EORI number where relevant. Delivery surcharges may apply to destinations outside of the UK & Ireland (geographically dependant) please contact us for information. European deliveries take a minimum of three days to arrive but rarely more than a week, however delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We are able to deliver to most international destinations, with the exception of the US or Canada*; however in our experience it is often cheaper for overseas customers to arrange their own courier services. Give us a call if you want to have a chat about it. Delivery surcharges may apply.
*At this time, we are unable to supply to the US or Canada. Sadly, our product liability insurers will not cover any of our products shipped to the US or Canada due to heightened litigation claims in those countries.
CASH & CARRY
If you’re coming to beautiful Derbyshire to collect an order from us, or if you want to come and have a look at any products from our range, please let us know when you’d like to visit – we have warehouses in various locations across Derbyshire, so by making an appointment we can ensure we have all your goods ready and waiting.
